Saturday 22nd May, 2010 Cricket - congratulations are due to our 6's side who retained the Hillside Cup on the Castleholm today. The boys won through to the final by beating the Buccleuch Estates then the Rugby Club. In the final they scored 70 runs against the Tradesmen's 56 to win the trophy for the third year in succession. Tuesday 18th May, 2010 Cricket - this Saturday sees our 6's side attempt to retain the Hillside Cup, which they have won for the past two seasons, at the Castleholm in the Langholm Cricket Club 6's. Friday 14th May, 2010 Cricket - unfortunately we lost our Quarter Final tie to Lomond School in a closely contested match at the Castleholm. Lomond School 136 for 2, Langholm Academy 112 for 5. Friday 7th May, 2010 Cricket - our U15's will play Lomond School from Helensburgh at the Castleholm next Thursday afternoon (weather permitting). |
